The Brunswick Street Residence is a fabulous apartment, accommodating up to 8 guests in the city centre. This newly renovated property is light and airy, with thoughtful design and modern furnishing. Leith, the New Town and the Old Town are a short walk away, giving you great access to Edinburgh's best sights.
This split level property has the main living areas and one bedroom downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs.
Put your feet up in the spacious lounge, with comfy sofas, flatscreen TV with DVD Player, iPod dock and even a wood burning stove. The contemporary kitchen diner is at hand for some home cooking, with all mod cons and a large dining table.
The three, large bedrooms all offer the ultimate flexibility, with zip and link beds that can set up at twin or double beds. Two additional guests can also be accommodated on the quality sofa bed in the lounge. Two modern bathrooms – one with large shower cubicle, one with shower over bath – complete this delightful home from home.
This apartment is on the 3rd floor without lift.
This property is best suited to families, or considerate groups. Hen, stag or party groups should not book and will not be given access to the apartment.
A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Please note, if you require the sofa bed to be made up and have not booked for the maximum number of guest, there will be an additional charge.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a fee of £30 for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

There is one double bedroom downstairs to the front of the building which has a zip and link double bed, which can be divided into two single beds if required. There are two further double bedrooms one to the front and one to the rear with the same bedding arrangements as the downstairs bedroom. Additionally there is a very comfortable double bed settee in the lounge.
This property is situated on the 3rd floor of a traditional tenement building, therefore, no lift is available.

This property doesn't come with free parking but there is paid street parking in the local area for an additional fee. Private parking facilities are available the Omni Q-Park car park.
