Borthwick Castle features 13 uniquely designed bed chambers capable of sleeping 26, featuring 10 double rooms, 2 twin rooms and one set on luxury bunk beds.
Borthwick Castle is set over three floors, each with their own breath-taking principal room. The bedchambers are located from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor throughout two sets of ancient spiral staircases.
Borthwick Castles rugged exterior has been kept in excellent condition throughout the years. Standing 90ft high, Borthwick Castle features dramatic canon damage from years past, when Oliver Cromwell's Parliamentarian Forces fired a flurry of cannon balls into the Castles east wall, in an attempt to flush out the then Lord Borthwick.
Situated under the damage on the Castles east wall is Borthwick Castles walled garden, which in the summers months boasts a beautiful array of flowers.
Due to Borthwick Castles many staircases the property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
Borthwick Castle has it own private car park, located just metres from the Castle.
